Facebook has made changes to its newsfeed that will show fewer news organizations, businesses and brand pages and more content shared by your family and friends.

That means you might start seeing less of our posts, including the Custer County Chronicle, Hill City Prevailer and Down Country Roads.

However, there is a way to keep our content in your newsfeed and it’s easy.  Just follow the following steps:

First, like and follow the specific page on Facebook you want to keep seeing by clicking on the links we have provided or by searching for us on Facebook.

3. Select “News Feed Preferences.”

4. Select “Prioritize who to see first.”

5. Select the pages and profiles you want to see appear first in your newsfeeds, such as the Custer County Chronicle, Hill City Prevailer and Down Country Roads.

6. The pages and profiles you selected will show a blue badge with a star. Select “Done.”
