12:47 a.m.: A semi-truck rolled over and played dead in the median of Hwy. 79 near Fairburn. Thankfully, the driver did not do the same but he was checked out by an ambulance crew on-scene.
1:14 a.m.: A vehicle crashed into a cow standing in the westbound lane of Hwy. 40 near the Oglala Lakota County line. The driver was transported to the hospital by ambulance and the cow expired on scene.
2:32 a.m.: A passer-by reported an unlocked door at a downtown Custer business. A manager was contacted to secure it.
