Experience local flavors in Hill City Oct. 4-10

Restaurant Week returns to Hill City Oct. 4-10, encouraging residents and visitors to explore Hill City’s restaurant scene, one bite at a time.

Local restaurants, cafes, bars and eateries will feature special dishes and unique cuisine throughout the week in addition to their signature menu.

“Hill City Restaurant Week is a community-wide celebration of the diverse dining experiences available in Hill City,” said Hill City Area Chamber of Commerece executive director Erica Layton. “The event is designed to encourage residents and visitors to explore our restaurants and discover new and favorite flavors that make Hill City delicious.”

For diners looking to make the most of the week, a bingo card promotion adds a little extra incentive. 

“Participating restaurants will offer special menu items, tastings and promotions. Patrons are challenged to visit multiple locations through Restaurant Bingo,” said Layton. “Bingo cards are available at any participating restaurant.  Eat and win great prizes.”

Visit participating business for a stamp on your bingo card or check off one of the boxes such as, “have dessert,” or, “take a picture with your server,” for additional stamps. Get five in a row for a bingo to be entered into a drawing for a $25 or $50 gift certificate to one of the local eateries.

Kids can play too, going on a buffalo scavenger hunt.

“Kids can participate in the buffalo scavenger hunt at each restaurant, where a buffalo will be hidden daily, and clues will be provided to its whereabouts. Play and win,” said Layton.

More than simply a reason to eat out, Restaurant Week is an opportunity to support local businesses who support the community and help make Hill City a destination.
