No break for girls during homecoming week

The Hill City Rangers volleyball team has back-to- back matches this week. 

The Rangers play at home against the Lady Scotties of Phillip Tuesday and travel to play a conference match against Rapid City Christian Thursday. 

“We are coming off of a big weekend in Sioux Falls, where we played teams all top-ranked in their respective classes,” said Coach Wathen.   

The team played several teams in Sioux Falls at the Sanford Pentagon Invitational where they lost to O’Gorman, Brandon Valley and Northwestern. 

These are the only losses of the season for the team that is supported vigorously by Ranger fans at all matches.   

“We’re excited to enter the second half of our season with some high energy play,” said Wathen.
