Starla Graham

Starla Mae Graham, of Custer, S.D., was born to Leslie and Bette Pullins in Hot Springs, S.D., April 25, 1957, and passed away at her home Thursday, Feb. 2, 2023. She was 65.
Starla married the love of her life James “Jim” Graham in Lewiston, Idaho Dec. 21, 1996.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Graham; and parents, Leslie and Bette Pullins.
Starla is survived by her children, Mellisa Pullins of Custer, William Pullins, Jessica Black and Kristen (Cade) Campbell of Custer; siblings, Robert (JoAnne) Pullins of Rapid City, S.D., William (Alice) Pullins of Martin, S.D., and Leslie (Gene) Barton of Custer;  grandchildren, Paige Myrick and Malachi Kelly of Fayetteville, N.C.
Celebration of Life will be held at the Custer VFW Saturday, April 22, at 2 p.m.
Arrangements have been placed in the care of Chamberlain McColley’s Funeral Home in Custer.
